Victoria Elizondo
Chef & Restaurateur
Victoria initially founded Cochinita & Co. as a food-truck concept that pivoted to a pop-up and catering model. Now receiving top honors and awards, Victoria has seen first-hand, the challenges of the restaurant and food-maker space. Victoria has established a strong track record as a restaurant operator, catering business and as a certified food manufacturing kitchen.

Robert Lopez
CPG Production
Robert founded Kickin’ Kombucha in 2010. As one of the first consumer kombucha brands Robert faced challenges in the consumer packaged goods space in Houston. Needing to produce, bottle and distribute his product, Robert established a value and supply chain that propelled Kickin’ to be on store shelves at Whole Foods, Central Market, HEB and Randalls to name a few.
